1. Ask how you should follow up
Before you head out the door, ask your interviewers the timeline for completing the hiring process, whom you should follow up with and when you should do so?
2. Get your interviewers’ contact information
Before you leave the building, you should also make sure you’ve gathered your interviewers’ contacts. The email address in the previous email sent to you might not be the right person to follow up with.
3. Ask your recruiter to follow up
If you worked with a recruiter, ask them to follow up on your behalf while you follow up with them for feedback..
4. Write a fantastic thank you email
You should send a thank you note by email to the recruiter second or third day after the successful interview.
