Meet the Founder
Tony McCaffery (They/Them) – CEO & Lead Consultant
Tony’s approach is deeply informed by their lived experience as a queer, multi-ethnic person of colour with multiple disabilities and forms of neurodivergence. Their unique perspective is shaped by experiences of childhood homelessness, the foster care system, and social mobility. Drawing from their rich heritage – which includes Indian, Somali, Celtic, and Indigenous Arctic ancestry – Tony brings authentic insight and understanding to their work in advancing equity and inclusion.
With a background spanning HR, talent development, the arts, and global leadership roles, Tony combines lived experience with evidence-based practice to create meaningful change in workplaces. They are a recognised speaker, consultant, and strategist in workplace equity and accessibility, dedicated to breaking down systemic barriers and ensuring that workplaces work for everyone.
