Job Overview
We are now looking for a Showroom Manager to lead our Inverness showroom team. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine people leadership, customer engagement, and commercial impact in a role that is central to our success.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading, motivating and supporting the showroom team to deliver excellent service and results.
- Creating a welcoming and professional showroom environment where customers feel valued.
- Driving sales growth by spotting opportunities, cross-selling, and maintaining strong merchandising standards.
- Building trusted relationships with customers and resolving any issues quickly and fairly.
- Ensuring the showroom operates safely, efficiently, and in line with MIS policies and standards.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across branches to share insights and achieve results together.
What we’re looking for
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and inspire a team.
- A strong customer focus with excellent communication skills.
- Organisational ability to balance priorities and deliver results.
- Confidence with IT systems, stock management and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of health & safety compliance and practical application in a workplace.
- Previous experience in merchandising, sales, or product display would be an advantage.
- Previous experience in the products we sell would be advantageous whether through employment or personal interest
